How It Works
Step 1
Launch AlertStudio
Emergency management officials can access the AlertStudio portal — a secure, web-based interface — from their desktop or mobile device, enabling real-time alert distribution anytime, anywhere.
Step 2
Create & Target the Message
The emergency management official drafts a message and selects the appropriate recipient groups to ensure targeted, effective communication.
Step 3
Satellite Delivery via GSSNet
The message is transmitted via satellite (GSSNet) to participating FM radio broadcast stations for immediate public distribution.
Step 4
Broadcast to Receivers
FM radio towers broadcast the message within seconds to all ALERT FM receivers assigned to the designated messaging group.
