Robert L. “Bobby” Adams is the Founder of AlertFM. With more than 40 years of experience in wireless communications and FM data broadcasting, he has been a pioneer in resilient emergency communications, helping deploy FM-based data networks in more than 20 countries. Following the communications failures revealed by the September 11 attacks and Hurricane Katrina, he led the development of AlertFM’s FM-based emergency alerting platform and the nation’s first statewide FM emergency alerting system for first responders, providing reliable communications when cellular and internet networks fail.
